Like all cliques, there's gotta be rules... by the way, not all rules are meant to be broken, but they can be bent. so here are the rules:

1. You must have a webpage with anime, manga or videogame content.

2. Code must be up on webpage within a week. Codes can be found on the Codes page. I won't add you until I see the code up, and I'll delete the application if the code is not up in a week.

3. Code must be on splash page, main page or a specific cliques, webrings or links page.

4. Your character must be from an anime, manga, or videogame. It's ok if it's from a fanfic as well. Up to 2 characters at one time. If you decide to change a character, just email me, and I'd gladly change it for you, but at most, you can only change it once every 2 months.

5. Webpage must have a decent design and is easy to understand. Please no writing like WeLcOmE tO mY pAgE. As for webpage design, you don't need to have elaborate frames or java scripts, but I really don't like pages that are 1 picture in the top middle, a bunch of text, then a picture on the bottom for their e-mail, and have no other content at all. Also, a neon colored page is killer to my eye-sight.

6. Absolutely no porn sites. I have nothing against hentai or ecchi, but I know there are lots of internet users out there that are underage, so this page has to be for general audiences. But if your site is mostly rated G, but with 1 or 2 explicit pictures, then I'll have to see whether I feel it's appropriate.

7. The page can't take forever to load.

8. Last rule. I can change the rules whenever I want, since I am running this site.

That's it. I know they're kinda long, but I want this clique to work out, so bear with me here k? =)
